Anybody watch american idol last night?  I just love David Cook!  I also like David Archaletta (sp?)!  One of them will win it definately because of the girl factor, although, it could be Jason!  he is just a pretty boy, those eyes!  It is hard to say who will win but i am ready for Brooke to leave!  She is good and all but there is a lot of talent out there like her and she just does not compare to the others in my opinion.  We will see tonight!!!  This is a bead i made yesterday and it is quite large but I love it and i do not normally do the squeeze thing but it is cool, i have to string it on something!  It contains silver and also some raku on a backdrop of purple!  It looks as though there is blue in it, but that is what the silver reaction does! it truly is beautiful to me, hardly any editing at all!  Cool huh?  Take care and look at my gallery, there are a couple more beads there!  Eventually I will figure out what needs to go there and what needs to get the ax, but for now it is what it is!  Peace

This is one of the bracelets I put together the other day and I thought I would post it up here for all to see!  I am taking it to the sale next friday but I can certainly make another if someone is interested.  The little brown beads are polished lava (love it)!  They use such fun media anymore for beads,  I still have to make my black and white bracelet with the wool beads I bought!  Have a great day!!!!!

We are going to Florida in June and I wanted to get a bathing suit while there are still cute ones because they seem to go very quickly and um, yeah, I think it was the lighting in the changing room, NOT! lol!  I have definately been sitting at the torch too long and tomorrow I am joining curves!  Enjoy the pic!  Make sure if you like my blog you check out the other page because i love doing this and I do not want you to miss anything, HA!!!  Oh well, still getting ready for next week, stay tuned!

This is a little bracelet i put together last night, it reminds me of something you could see a mile away, hee hee!!!  I am loving making the buttons because they make each piece so unique.   It is vibrant and exactly the kind of thing i would wear so i guess i will put on my lemon/ lime summer 3/4 sleeve cardigan and pair it with a white tee and, oh my, i need to make a necklace!  Well for now, my bracelet outshines any other accessory so i guess it is a good thing i do not have a necklace to go with it or i might cause an accident!  lol!!!  Have a great day,  i am still working on stuff for the trunk show, you might even find these colors there, wink wink!!!  I’m out!

Alright, i have been making these hollow beads for a small to big graduated necklace.  This bead is fresh out of the kiln and will be my center bead.  i just love the size (1 3/4 diameter)!  This is bullseye fuschia on the ends and serena’s blend II bullseye odd and i love the wispy purple pinky thing it does!!!  Just a quick pic of it and of course, like all of the other jewelry you are waiting for, it will get posted!!!  TRUST ME, it’s coming!  I am getting ready for a trunk sale at the Pleasantree so if you want to see bracelets, earrings and some necklaces besides my beads that you are used to in Cincinnati, please stop by!!!!  I will be there May 2 1-7 and would love to see you!  call 829-5111 for directions!

How many of you out there love this show through the summer?  I absolutely love watching these dancers.  Although, i have to admit that i thoroughly enjoy (maybe too much, lol) watching the auditions of the bad dancers, you know the ones that think they are the best thing since sliced bread?  That is when the tears roll down my face in hysteria and i start laughing like some sort of animal badly hurt!  There is nothing better than that!  This is Jamie and Hawk doing an interpretive dance.  He is a hummingbird and she is the flower.  It is such an intoxicating dance where she embraces him to nourish in the end.  Love it!!!!!

I took this last year when i had pansies!  I have pansies this year too but unfortunately they are still in their containers waiting to be planted in my window boxes.  I am going out today to plant them before i even think of going downstairs to torch!!!  i am thinking about getting a contest of some sort together in which someone will win a small set of beads each month.  any suggestions??????

How fun is this?  I felt like fall, but it is just now spring!!!  i think i am going to make a graduated (small to large) necklace with this same bead with other beads and silver!!!!  I will post it whenever i get it done.  stay tuned for the custom necklaces i am making!!!  eventually they will make it into my gallery, right now all i have in the gallery are just a few of my single beads.  They look great on troll bracelets, chamilia bracelets and necklaces, and they look great by themselves.  I love having them strung on a bracelet because they are a little bit bigger than the normal small beads like troll and pandora that you find but they pack quite a punch, also pretty much one of a kind!!!!  still not ready to clean my house!!!!!!  lol
