Well, i have now not had even ONE diet soda with Aspartame or any sweetners of any kind in anything. It has been 3 1/2 weeks and the headaches have stopped but it is almost as if life is just not as exciting as when i ran through the drive through to get my large diet coke, gotta have a fountain pop! Now all i have is iced tea with lemon and nothing in it because i do not like sweet tea. Emotionally i am not as stable, hee hee! Diet soda has always been my drug and i leaned heavily on it to get me through the bad beads, the good beads, the nights that i could not sleep (T-R-A-I-T-O-R, that was youuuuuuu!), or just about any other thing in life. You know, have to go to the hospital to sit with someone, well at least there is a pop machine! I really feel as if my body is starting to feel better from less toxicity, i know for a fact my muscles are not as achy and now i know just how addicted to caffeine i was, it took 2 weeks to not have a headache, it was horrible. I feel i eat a little more now, that is not so good but i am hoping to cut something else out of my horrible diet soon to press onto some life of healthiness!!! Ok, beads in the next few days to Yelton’s and well, not much else! This video reminds me of my dungeon of water i must drink while living without my beloved diet coke
I dream of diet soda!

Life without diet coke?!?!? I cannot imagine that, Stephanie! I have been drinking diet drinks since the days of Tab! I start my day with Diet coke and end it with Diet Coke. I do buy caffeine free; however, I drink tons of it away from home and is is rarely caffeine free.

No kidding, i am known for my huge 44oz drinks at every game and really anytime of the day. I usually drink around three 44oz fountains a day plus maybe a couple of cans and i was a tab girl as well. I am now around close to a month and i do not have as many muscle aches. I have not had any sweetners in any of my coffee or ice tea. No diet means no sweetners!! I am convinced i will be healthier.
