Hi All,
It has been a while and i have been busy just as all have you been. I hope everyone has there kids in school and is starting to get into the swing of things with the new schedules and all.
I went to a class the holiday weekend and had a blast. Trey Cornette is a wonderful guy, instructor and a master of glass! It was challenging to say the least but i was happy with the outcome although my best bead did not make it to me in the mail, boo hoo! I am currently scouting all that went to the class to see if it was shipped to them by accident. It happens! it was my favorite and i would love to keep it in my stash of class beads, AND i would definately wear this one. I am hoping that someone realizes they have it (i used a different color as the base than anyone else did so that should give them a clue)! The only thing is about making these long style beads is that you have to use a smaller mandrel and it does not work on the troll size at all. So if i can get Yelton’s to carry a silver omega chain with a small end we will be set!!!
Hopefully i will get my other class bead to show!!! take care and talk soon!!!!

Hi Steph, I wish I would have known about the class, I would have driven to Bloomington and taken the class with you. He is teaching in March in Deland where my Mother lives so I think I will sign up. I haven’t taken his class and we are moving back to Colorado next month. Job is done! I will miss Portia and Lindsey but I will come back for a visit. Di

Love the sport, oh and love cafes and their interiors. I love using yellows greens and orange glasses!!!! All the cafes need beads hanging in them!!
